We started Pursuit with a mission to serve and enrich our people & partners and are proud to have continued to hold firmly to that mission over the past 8 years. It’s a privilege to serve and watch people grow overall; whether that’s our internal staff, candidates, or clients. Pursuit exists so that our clients can focus on what they do best while we focus on finding the correct ‘WHO’ for their team. We believe building the right sales or marketing team is essential to any company and we are confident in our strategy to do just that. I’m so grateful to get to come into the office each day and build our dream with people I love.

Confident -  we don’t play scared; we know that mistakes are inevitable, but we strive to be confident in our decisions and actions.

Relentless Pursuit of Excellence

There’s good, there’s great, and there’s excellent. We don’t believe excellence can be fully achieved but we hold our people to pursue that excellence. We’re constantly evaluating and equipping ourselves to be better performers in our craft.
