Hi, I’m Amber—a Dallas native with a passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, and throughout my college years, I gained hands-on leadership experience working full-time as a Regional Manager for a large-scale cookie company.

After graduating, I expanded my experience into retail sales and training with a luxury boot brand, where I discovered a strong interest in relationship-building and client success. Encouraged by a mentor, I made the transition from management into sales-focused roles, which ultimately led me to a career in recruiting.

I began my recruiting journey in the healthcare space and am now excited to specialize in sales recruiting, where I can combine my background in sales with my passion for helping others grow their careers. What I enjoy most about recruiting is the lasting impact it has—far beyond a single transaction—by helping individuals find opportunities that truly change their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my husband and our dog!
