Hey Y'all my name is Mia Rhoades! I am a Houston native and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2023 ! GEAUX TIGERS ! I am very competitive, always being involved in sports growing up. First in the competitive swimming world until being recruited into Water Polo and continuing that through college! Translating that background into professional work- has created a different realm to compete in, and ultimately stretched me in the best way to create success ! I have an experienced background in Sales and Recruiting, now at Pursuit combining those two skills! I have found this career path to be invigorating for both skill development and high desire to grow through the craft!

Pursuit's Misson of Servant Leadership, is what truly describes the environment and ultimately no shock at why they have grown so much following so much success! And that’s a purpose I rally behind and blessed to be apart of, but also expand!

My wonderful husband and I live in the beautiful Grapevine area of DFW and excited for all opportunities ahead to grow and flourish. He is a (dream boat(BTW)) real Cowboy bull rider, so in our free time we are probably country side, reading, and/or having fun and hanging out with family and friends! From one of my top 3 books I have been deeply impacted by: The Pursuit of Excellence by Ryan Hawk argues that chasing success has a finish line, whereas pursuing excellence is an "infinite game" of lifelong, gradual self-improvement measured against one's own potential. And that’s my mission!
