Hi, I’m Allison! I’m originally from Germantown, Tennessee, a suburb right outside of Memphis, and I graduated from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!). After college, I made my way to Dallas to begin my career and have loved calling Texas home.

I started my career in freight sales, where I discovered my passion for building relationships and finding solutions. Whether it was helping a company, customer, or now a candidate, my cornerstone has always been understanding people’s needs and finding the best solution for them. That’s what drew me to recruiting, where I get to combine my love for sales with the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s careers.

Outside of work, you can usually find me taking a HOTWORX class, walking around White Rock Lake, trying out a new recipe, or searching for the best restaurants in Dallas. I love staying active, meeting new people, and exploring everything this city has to offer!
