I’m a Reno, Nevada native with a love for people, a competitive spirit, and a genuine passion for building relationships. I’ve found my stride in recruiting, where I get to connect with candidates, support their career journeys, and help clients find the right fit. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than making a positive impact and creating meaningful connections along the way.

Volleyball has also played a big role in my life—I competed at UNLV before transferring to SMU in Dallas, and now I coach club volleyball to stay close to the game I love and mentor the next generation of athletes.

Outside of work and coaching, I enjoy reading, exploring new music, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
