Hey y’all! I’m a born and raised Arkansan, originally from Stuttgart (proudly known as the rice and duck capital of the world), and later grew up in Northwest Arkansas. Since graduating from the University of Arkansas (being a Razorback fan has taught me plenty about resiliency and grit), I’ve lived in four states and now call Dallas home sweet home.

After graduation, I began my career working for my sorority’s headquarters. Yes, I was a professional sorority girl! During my time with Chi Omega, I discovered my passion for recruitment and developing others. That experience ultimately led me to a career in professional recruitment, starting in internal talent acquisition and now here at Pursuit.

My professional “why” is simple: to do good work with good people. I’m incredibly grateful that the Lord led me to Pursuit, where I get to live that out every day.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me catching up with friends on a long walk or voice memo, volunteering for Chi Omega, or talking about the Enneagram- all with a Dr Pepper in hand.
