Born and raised in Texas, but I now reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m someone who’s always been drawn to people, conversation, and understanding what really drives someone forward. After graduating with a Bachelors in Business from Abilene Christian University, I started as the 5th employee at Pursuit in 2016.

After some time in corporate recruiting and sales, I’ve found my way back home to Pursuit! From the beginning, Pursuit’s people and mission have stood out. There’s something truly special about the culture here, and it shows in the results. Being part of a team that values trust, growth, and long-term impact is what excites me most, and I’m grateful to contribute to work that genuinely helps others move forward. As my friend Dorothy says, “There’s no place like home.”

I’m engaged to my amazing Fiancé, Adrian, and we have a little dog named Noodle who loves to sleep. Outside of work, you’ll find me golfing, enjoying live music, or spending time with family. Oh, and watching Survivor - maybe one day I’ll be your favorite recruiter and castaway! In the future, I hope to see Josh Allen win the Super Bowl and help you pursue your next adventure.
